You can duplicate a carousel by using the Duplicate Post plugin.
First, install this plugin from your Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New and install/activate it.
Now, go to Settings -> Duplicate Post -> Permissions and enable it for Carousels
Now, you will see the clone action with each carousel.
