Maps Settings
Real Estate Manager comes with 2 map modes, Google Maps which now requires API key and Leaflet which works using Open Street Maps. You can configure settings related to them here Real Estate Manager -> Settings -> Maps Settings.
Use Map From
Set map provider here, you can choose either google maps or Leaflet.
Map Zoom Level
Set maps zoom level here.
Drag Icon URL
This image is used when creating a property. You can drag it to precise the location.
Location Icon URL
This image indicates the location of the property on the map when viewing the property details page.
Property Icon URL
This image indicates the location of the property on a large map which renders using the shortcode [rem_maps].
Default Latitude
Default latitude to use for the map when creating properties.
Default Longitude
Default longitude to use for the map when creating properties.
Labels and Headings
There some hard-coded labels and heading titles that you can customize from Real Estate Manager -> Settings -> Labels and Headings.
Details Heading
Property details page displays a section with title Details, you can customize this Details text here.
Features Heading
Property details page displays a section with title Features, you can customize this Features text here.
Video Heading
Property details page displays a section with title Video, you can customize this Videotext here.
Maps Heading
Property details page displays a section with title Map, you can customize this Map text here.
Tags Heading
Property details page displays a section with title Tags, you can customize this Tags text here.

Tags Heading for Archive Pages

reCAPTCHA V2
reCAPTCHA protects you against spam and other types of automated abuse. Please get Site Key and Secret Key from Google here.
Currently its only integrated with Agent Registration and Agent Contact Forms and Login Form.
Agent Contact Form
Property details page and Agent page display contact forms to contact agents. You can configure their settings here Real Estate Manager -> Settings -> Agent Contact Form.
Email Subject
Property details page displays contact agent form without the subject field. Its because whenever someone fills that form, that property’s title will become the subject of that email. You can configure custom email subject here using following special tags

Agent Contact Email Addresses
Provide Additional Email addresses each per line to cc mail when someone fills the contact agent form.
Email Messages
Emails are sent on agent registration, agent rejection or approval and on property submissions. Their settings can be defined from Real Estate Manager -> Settings -> Email Messages.
Agent Registered
Provide email contents for the email which will be sent to site admin to inform him that new agent is registered. You can display his information also in the email using the following variables.

Agent Pending
This email message will be sent to the newly registered agent to let him know that his registration is successful and he should wait for the approval. The following variables for dynamic data can be used

Property Submission Message for Agent
This message will be sent to the agent when he submits a property listing, to let him inform that his submission is done and should wait for the approval. The following variables can be used for dynamic data.

This message will be sent to the agent when his property submission is approved. The following variables can be used for dynamic data.

Price Slider
Price Range Slider in search forms can be configured from Real Estate Manager -> Settings -> Price Slider.
Minimum Price
Its the minimum price that a user can set from search form using price range slider. Provide only digits. The default value is 350.
Maximum Price
Its the maximum price that a user can set from search form using price range slider. Provide only digits. The default value is 45000.
Step
Its interval for price range slider.
Default Minimum Price
Its the minimum value of price range slider that is by default set when form displays. The default value is 7000.
Default Maximum Price
Its the maximum value of price range slider that is by default set when form displays. The default value is 38500.
Search Settings
Settings related to Search Forms, Search Widgets and Search Fields can be configured here. Real Estate Manager -> Settings -> Search Settings
Total Properties
By default, search results display all properties matching search criteria. Its good but can be too slow if there are thousands of listings. You can set the limit of search results here.
Search Price Range Selector
Price field (property_price) displays price range slider. If you want to change it into minimum and maximum price inputs, you can set here.
Search Results Style
Appearance or search results can be defined here.

Search Area Options
By default, area field (property_area) displays a text input in the search form to provide area. But you can convert it into select menu also providing predefined values or ranges each per line. Following values can be used here
- 222 => It will search for all properties having an exact area as 222
- 50-1000 => It will search for properties having area between 50 and 1000
- 60+ => It will search for those properties having an area greater than 60
Search Bedrooms Options
By default, bedroom field (property_bedrooms) displays a text input in the search form to provide the number of bedrooms. But you can convert it into select menu also providing predefined values or ranges each per line. Its same as Search Area Options see above.

Search Results Link Target
Properties in search results and linked to their property details page. You can define their click behavior here.
Simple Search Method
We recently introduced a new shortcode [rem_simple_search] to render a simple search form. Its documentation can be read here.
Listings
Multiple properties or listings when displayed in grid or slider, they appear as boxes. You can change their appearance and other settings related to them by going to Real Estate Manager -> Settings -> Listings.
Property Archive Listing Style
By default, the archive page for all properties is used as www.yoursite.com/property. You can change this slug by going to Settings -> Permalinks. This page displays all property listings on your site in a grid using style 3. You can change this style from setting Property Archive Listing Style. There are 7 styles available by default. You can extend them by purchasing our addon Property Listing Styles.
Archive Listing Columns
As stated above, the archive page displays listings in a grid, you can customize this grid columns here.
Inline Property Bar Fields
Style 1 of properties, display some information on its top bar. You can customize which fields to display there. Just provide field names here (each per line).
Listing Features Type
All property listing styles display information including Area, Bedrooms, Bathrooms fields, with icons by default. You can customize their appearance here.
Custom Listing Features
The icons that property boxes display by default (Area, Bedrooms, Bathrooms) can be customized here. You just have to provide Label, field name (or data name) and icon class each per line. You can use icons from Font Awesome 5 Library, or from your theme.
Featured Image Size
By default, Real Estate Manager uses images with a large size to avoid blurring of images. But you can also use your theme’s registered sizes here to improve efficiency and speed.
Single Property Page
All settings related to the Property Details page can be defined here. To access these settings, navigate to Real Estate Manager -> Settings -> Single Property Page
Map
Here you can enable or disable Map for single property pages.
Property Page Sidebar Card
Property Details (or single property) page by default, displays a sidebar with agent picture and contact information. You can disable this agent card here.
Property Page Sidebar
It defines which sidebar from your theme, you want to use for Property Details page. After setting it, you can insert widgets in this sidebar from Appearance -> Widgets.
Gallery Slider Width
Real Estate Manager uses Fotorama slider library for property gallery images. You can set its width here by providing appropriate value along with units. Some examples are
- 100%
- 500px
Gallery Slider Height
Provide height for gallery slider here with units. Examples

Gallery Slider Fit
Here you can define the images fit behavior for slider regarding other images. Please see details here.
Gallery Featured Image
Do you want to display featured image also in the gallery slider or not? set this setting here.
Display Property ID
By default, Real Estate Manager displays Property ID on the property details page. Which is actually the post_id in the database. You can hide it from frontend here.
Date Field Format
A date field is also available in Property Fields section and you can use it, this setting defines the format to display on the frontend. It’s the date string format the PHP uses, see the doc here. Some values that you can use, to make this easy for you are below (assuming selected date is 10 March 2001)
- F j, Y => March 10, 2001
- m.d.y => 03.10.01
- j, n, Y => 10, 3, 2001
- Ymd => 20010310
- Y-m-d => 2001-03-10
Property Settings Tabs
Single Property Page or Property Details Page displays contents in sections like Details, Video, Map, Tags etc. We call them tabs. You can create your own tabs here and can add fields into them. Provide tab names each per line and they will appear in the Property Fields menu, where you can assign fields to them. Please note that these tabs will not display on frontend if there is no field to show or if its fields have no content to display.
If you’re a developer, you can use the following filter hook to add tabs dynamically.

Gallery Slider Arguments (for developers)
As stated above, we’re using Fotorama for Gallery Images Slider. You can apply other arguments also to this slider from their documentation by using this filter.
